At Purpose X Design, every piece is created with intention, quality, and purpose. We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • No signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Original packaging included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition drops

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges while inventory is available. Once your return is approved, we’ll ship your replacement right away.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
